Since 9-11, Massport (governing body of Logan Airport) has set up specific areas where drivers must wait to meet their Clients. All Clients must go to these designated areas to meet their car & driver.
This web page is devoted entirely to making your arrival into Logan easy and hassle free. Simply find your airline and terminal and see the specific instructions on meeting your car & driver. Due to the constantly changing waiting procedures and new regulations, we ask that all Clients call us on our toll-free number (888) 425-4662 prior to walking out to meet your driver in order to minimize waiting time. TERMINAL "A"
Includes; Alaska Air, Continental, CommAir, Delta & Delta Shuttle & North West Airlines
Exit terminal from baggage area. You will be on the ground level. Walk straight across the street into the Limo Parking lot. Your driver will be holding a white placard with your name.

TERMINAL B-1
Includes:  Spirit, USAirways, USAirways Express, US Airways Shuttle
ALL ARRIVALS ARE MET IN THE UPPER LEVEL
As of September 01, 2008 Massport has determined that they will allow limo companies only 10 minutes to wait @ this pick-up area. We have developed a system so that we WILL still be @ the limo waiting area prior to your arrival. If you are checking bags, call 781-631-5677 after you have your checked bags in your hand. Proceed up to the departure level (level 2) via elevator or escalator, walk outside and turn right. At the end of the terminal is the Limo waiting are where you will see your driver holding a placard with your name on it.  If you are not checking bags, call 781-631-5677 as you are pulling up to the gate or walking off the plane. Walk outside and turn right. At the end of the terminal is the Limo waiting are where you will see your driver holding a placard with your name on it.

TERMINAL B-2
Include: American, American Eagle,  Virgin America (Virgin Atlantic is @ terminal E)

TERMINALS C
Includes: AirTran, Cape Air, JetBlue, Midwest, Sun Country, United & United Express. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PICK UP AREA HAS RECENTLY CHANGED!The limo waiting area is on the DEPARTURE level at terminal "C". To meet your driver, go to the DEPARTURE level at terminal "C", walk outside and across the street to the 2nd island (there is a large sign that reads "LIMOS"), you will see your driver holding your name on a white placard.

TERMINAL E (International terminal)
Includes: Aer Lingus, AeroMexico, Air Canada Jazz (Halifax arrivals only), Air France, Air Jamaica, Alitalia, American (international arrivals only), British Airways, FinnAir, Iberia, Icelander, KLM, Lufthansa,  SATA, Southwest, Swiss, TACV, Virgin Atlantic

Exit terminal E to curb (you will be on ground level)You will see the limo parking lot across the street. Walk across 2 roadways to the Limo Waiting Area. When you enter the lot you will see your driver holding a placard with your name on it..
